Yes — Brunei Darussalam is the only international destination we ship to. Shipping starts from RM105, subject to total order weight. There is no free shipping threshold for Brunei orders.
Important for Brunei orders: We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Orders exceeding RM1,000 may attract Brunei customs duties and GST, collected upon delivery by local customs — not by New Era. Contact the Royal Customs & Excise Department of Brunei for details.
All orders take 1–3 working days to process before handover to our courier. Once dispatched, we target delivery within 7 working days. Klang Valley orders often arrive sooner; East Malaysia and Brunei may take longer.
Note: Working days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm may be picked up the following working day.
Once dispatched, a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number is sent automatically. Also available under Order History in your account. Allow a few hours for the status to activate after receiving the email.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, our courier will leave a notification card at your mailbox or door with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect from the depot.
If your tracking shows no update after 7 working days from dispatch, contact us with your order number. Please don't wait beyond 14 days as it may affect the courier's claim window.
Brunei orders: Allow up to 14 working days before raising a delay — international customs clearance can extend transit time.
Self-collection is not available. All online orders are dispatched via courier. Visit any of our retail outlets to purchase in person — see our Store Guide for locations.
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Brunei orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur customs duties and GST upon delivery, determined by the Royal Customs & Excise Department of Brunei.
